Terms of Sale

The commercial terms that apply when you place and complete an order with Zuvi Herbal.

Last revised: 28 September 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Zuvi Herbal through this website. They explain when an order becomes binding, how prices and discounts are applied, when an order may be reviewed or cancelled, and how delivery and after-sale requests are handled.

Product selection

Before ordering, review the product title, ingredients or contents, selected variant, net quantity, price, usage information, storage guidance, and any warning shown on the product page or package. The customer is responsible for choosing a product suitable for their intended ordinary use and for checking known allergies or sensitivities.

Placing an order

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve stock. Submitting checkout is an offer to buy at the total displayed at that time. An automated confirmation records receipt of the request but does not oblige Zuvi Herbal to accept it. We may review inventory, payment, address, serviceability, quantity, COD confirmation, and fraud signals before dispatch.

The sales contract is accepted when Zuvi Herbal confirms dispatch or otherwise expressly confirms acceptance. Separate items may be accepted and dispatched at different times. If part of an order cannot be accepted, the remaining items may proceed unless the customer requests cancellation before packing and cancellation remains operationally possible.

Availability and order limits

Stock shown online can change while checkout is in progress. Zuvi Herbal may limit quantities, decline apparent resale orders, or cancel duplicate, unusually large, abusive, or suspicious orders. We may also cancel for stock mismatch, pricing error, payment failure, address concerns, courier limitations, or legal restrictions. Any eligible amount received for a cancelled item will be handled under the Refund Policy.

Price, taxes, and charges

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, COD fees, and other compulsory charges are displayed before the order is submitted. A clear typographical or system price error does not require Zuvi Herbal to supply the product at the incorrect price. We may contact the customer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected item.

Discounts and offers

Offers may have eligibility rules relating to dates, products, order value, quantity, customer, location, or payment method. They may be limited or withdrawn prospectively. Unless expressly allowed, offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied after an order is placed.

The displayed prepaid discount is available only when an eligible prepaid payment is completed. If the customer selects COD during checkout or changes an order from prepaid to COD, the prepaid discount is removed and the payable total is recalculated. If part of a discounted order is cancelled or refunded, the offer and any free product may be recalculated against the retained items.

Payment review

Payment authorization does not by itself mean an order has been accepted. A transaction may be held while a payment gateway, bank, Shopify, or Zuvi Herbal completes security checks. If a payment appears debited but the order is not confirmed, contact the payment provider and email us with the transaction reference. Do not send card PINs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or one-time passwords.

Cash on delivery

COD is conditional on product, order value, customer history, serviceability, and courier acceptance. Zuvi Herbal may request confirmation and may cancel an unverified, duplicate, high-risk, or repeatedly refused COD order. Any COD handling fee shown at checkout forms part of the amount payable on delivery.

Dispatch, delivery, and risk

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. The customer must provide an accurate address and remain reasonably available to receive the parcel. Responsibility for the product passes to the customer on confirmed delivery to the supplied address or authorized recipient, subject to rights relating to loss, damage, defect, or incorrect delivery under applicable law.

Inspection and natural variation

Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. Keep packaging and photograph visible damage before opening. Natural products may reasonably vary in colour, aroma, texture, shape, size, or appearance. A natural variation is not by itself non-conformity when the item is consistent with its description and fit for its ordinary intended use.

Cancellations, replacements, and refunds

Cancellation is ordinarily available only before packing or dispatch. Replacement, store credit, and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Opened or used food, herbal, and hygiene-sensitive products are not accepted for change of mind. This does not remove a mandatory remedy for a defective, deficient, spurious, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.

Fraud and policy misuse

Zuvi Herbal may request reasonable verification, preserve order evidence, restrict accounts, refuse future COD, or reject a claim when information is false, altered, duplicated, abusive, or intended to obtain an improper benefit. Good-faith complaints and lawful consumer rights are not treated as misuse.

Consumer law

These terms are intended to operate alongside applicable Indian consumer law. A provision that cannot lawfully limit a customer's right will apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and the mandatory right will remain available.
