Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern access to the Zuvi Herbal website, customer accounts, content, features, tools, and support services. By using the website, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from it. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order.

Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding transaction or use the store with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. You are responsible for information submitted through the website, for activity under your account, and for keeping account and payment credentials secure. Information supplied for an order must be accurate, current, and complete.

Store purpose and product information

Zuvi Herbal offers herbs, powders, seeds, dry fruits, nuts, combos, gifts, and related pantry products. We aim to describe products accurately, but photographs, screen colours, packaging, crop characteristics, and natural ingredients can vary. Reasonable differences in colour, aroma, texture, size, shape, or appearance are not necessarily defects.

Product descriptions and usage suggestions are general information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or a guarantee of a health outcome. Read the label and product page before use. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, nursing, a medical condition, or ongoing treatment should seek appropriate professional advice before consuming or applying an unfamiliar product.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not require Zuvi Herbal to accept or dispatch the order. We may verify payment, address, COD intent, quantity, product availability, or suspected misuse before acceptance. A sale is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

Zuvi Herbal may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock or pricing errors, payment failure, courier serviceability, unusually high quantities, duplicate orders, suspected fraud, resale activity, policy abuse, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel an accepted prepaid order, the eligible amount received will be returned according to the Refund Policy.

Prices, taxes, discounts, and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless the store clearly states otherwise. Taxes, shipping, COD fees, and other compulsory charges are shown as applicable during checkout. We may change future prices and offers without notice. A confirmed order is not repriced merely because a later promotion is introduced.

Discounts are subject to their stated conditions, availability, period, payment method, and order value. Discounts cannot be converted to cash and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. A prepaid discount applies only when an eligible prepaid transaction is completed. If the payment method changes to COD, the discount may be removed and the total recalculated.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Dispatch and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellation, replacement, store credit, and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms. Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by independent couriers and events outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing activity consistent with these terms. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or performance, introduce malicious code, scrape the store at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, submit false claims, misuse discounts, manipulate reviews, copy restricted content, or use the service for fraud or unlawful resale.

Zuvi Herbal may restrict access, cancel affected orders, preserve evidence, and take reasonable legal or security action when misuse is suspected. This does not prevent a genuine customer from raising a complaint or exercising a lawful consumer right.

Intellectual property

The Zuvi Herbal name, logos, product presentation, photographs, copy, graphics, packaging artwork, page design, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Zuvi Herbal. No licence is granted except the limited permission to view and use the store for its intended purpose. Content may not be reproduced, modified, sold, published, or used to imply endorsement without prior written permission, except where law permits otherwise.

Third-party services and links

The store relies on Shopify and may link to payment providers, couriers, social platforms, or other third parties. Their services, availability, security, and content are controlled by them and may be subject to separate terms. A link does not by itself mean Zuvi Herbal endorses every statement or service on the destination website.

Service availability and changes

We may update products, content, prices, features, policies, and website availability. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control. We do not promise that every product, feature, or page will remain continuously available.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided on an as-available basis. Zuvi Herbal is not responsible for losses caused solely by customer misuse, undisclosed allergies or sensitivities, failure to follow storage or usage guidance, unauthorized account use, inaccurate customer information, or an independent third party outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, Zuvi Herbal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory warranties, product responsibility, refunds, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a user who unlawfully misuses the website, infringes intellectual property, submits fraudulent information, or violates another person's rights is responsible for the resulting claims, losses, and reasonable costs. This clause does not apply to ordinary good-faith consumer complaints.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through written customer support. Any dispute that is not resolved remains subject to courts or consumer authorities having competent jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using a forum or remedy available under mandatory consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms for legal, security, operational, or service reasons. The revised date shown on the page identifies the version currently in effect. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
